A. Joining and usage Policy

You must have a valid e-mail address to join our program.

You cannot have more than one account with Onedollaremail.

You must click the web site link included in paid e-mails to earn credit for reading the e-mail advertisement.

In our daily paid to click section, you can visit a web site once in 24 hours.

As a member of Onedollaremail, you agree to receive as many paid e-mails as possible in one day.

We will occasionally send information to our Members regarding their account and other updates about our web site.

We encourage all of you who have a web site to download our banners and place them on your site! You may also use text links to advertise our program.

B. Commission and bonus Policy

Onedollaremail will only pay commission, referral income, and/or bonus money if we are successful in acquiring additional advertisement. We are not liable to pay any member without acquiring additional advertisement. Commissions are directly related to the advertising revenue generated by Onedollaremail.

To qualify for $1 to $15 bonus, you must receive at least 5 paid e-mails in a month.

You must be an active member to earn your monthly commission from us.

We will track all your referrals and their commission. Onedollaremail will have full authority to make all final decisions in this regard.

Member commissions shall be paid by Paypal or company check. We pay you every month whenever you accumulate $50 in your account.

C. Anti Spam Policy

.Onedollaremail strictly prohibits members from sending unsolicited mass emails or spam, via email or any other form. Any member using spamming techniques for soliciting referrals will be terminated immediately. Onedollaremail reserves the right to terminate a member's account and forfeit any cash balance in their account without prior notice, if the member is found violating the Onedollaremail Anti-Spam Policy.

D. Privacy Protection

.Your privacy is very important to Onedollaremail.com. Your personal information will never be sold to a third party without your prior knowledge or consent. This information will only be shared with our advertisers if you check opt-in boxes given on our sign up pages. We reserve the right to share your information on any web site owned by Onedollaremail.com.

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act You must be 13 years of age or older to join Onedollaremail.

E. Unlawful Or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Onedollaremail Web Site, you agree that you will not use our web sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
